In the first part of the article I talked about several techniques that will help you cope with a bout PA in any place.

If you are home, pay attention to the following methods to control your condition.

1. If possible, try to get some sleep. After the "reset" you will surely feel better.

2. Visualize your condition. Imagine your panic is a balloon or a fire, and then "blow away" or "extinguish" it.


3. Pour very hot tea or start eating cold ice-cream. Lunch spaghetti or bony fish, try to eat normal buckwheat chopsticks. "Complex" food will require full concentration on the process and at least temporarily distract you from anxiety.

4. If you're at home and you have a lot of free time, play in any computer game. Someone can help shooters, to someone strategies in the mode of God (e.g., Sims). The first requires full concentration and help to get rid of the accumulated anger, and the second creates a feeling of control over the situation.

5. Do something intelligent: start to solve a crossword puzzle or collect a huge puzzle.

6. Escape into the imaginary world. Imagine you are writing a book, where you are not you are not here, but in some fantasy world or the game. Think carefully about your character and the scenario in which he lives.

7. Do not use "traditional" ways of stress relief: sedatives, sex, Smoking and alcohol. Bad habits in the beginning give a false sense of relaxation, but in fact gradually worsen your condition. Pills good in the period of exacerbation, but you will not be able to take their life. As for sex, in a state of anxiety you won't be able to fully concentrate on the process, the partner would notice.

8. Play with your children or Pets, if your concern is not related to them. The main rule – focus game.

9. Do sports, do exercises, dance, jog or walk briskly, peristerite mount things manually. This will help to relieve accumulated muscle tension.


10. Take care of cleaning. When not everything is in order inside, then the outside will give you a sense (albeit false) of control over the situation.

Simple exercises at the time, PA will help you through that period with minimal discomfort and you will be much easier to control your state.
