6 Feb 2014 the Center for children's technical creativity "Innovation" was an interactive meeting and training volunteer assets of the city of Ivanovo and Ivanovo region with representatives of the German volunteering, which is located in the city of Ivanovo (delegation of volunteers "YMCA-Hanover" executives - Board member of the Springer Tungsten and Director of international youth programs Martin Hulst).
the event was organized by public organization "imka-Ivanovo", TSDTT base and coordination Center for volunteer activities of mku MOLODEZHNYJJ CENTR. The training was attended by representatives of many organizations in our region which focus their work on a voluntary assistants (volunteers) – "the Youth activists of the city of Ivanovo" (GMA), MU "Youth information center" (Shuya), "Youth government" (city Kokhma) and others.
the Meeting was devoted to the development of international volunteering and experience exchange between volunteers from different countries. German guys told about themselves and their organizations, have submitted their youth leaders, shared their games and practices. Came to the training, the volunteers love to have played "Samurai" and "Chair-chair", with honor have passed the hard tests "Rope course" and exercise "Singing in the rain".
I Want to share with you these exercises.
Samurai
Warm up. All stand in a circle. One driving-samurai. He selects a target and with a loud sound "HA" sends in her hand, symbolizing the sword. The victim needs to be rescued. If the victim stands next to it, she can protect herself, arms crossed over his chest. If the victim is from samurai at a distance, to protect her obliged the neighbors to the right and left. They throw hand sword in front of the victim, thereby forming a cross, as in the photo.
When the victim is rescued, she becomes the leading samurai and the cycle repeats. All who could not defend or protect a neighbor from the attack of the samurai out of the game. If the victim is not a defense, the samurai becomes next to her standing by the player, and the injured victim is eliminated.
Chair chair
the Game is aimed at meeting and remembering each other's names. All sit in a circle. One goes to the center of the circle – driving. Clockwise by the empty chair picks the first player and says: "Chair". The second player repeats. The third player needs to remember the name of one of the present and to invite him to the empty chair, calling loudly the name. All this time the presenter tries to take over an empty place and sit in the chair. Participants must adhere to the fast pace, to prevent it. Important: if the name is already named, it is not entitled to take the chair.
Ropes course
team formation, cohesion, identify the leader. All stand in a circle and hold hands over the associated ring a rope. The participants close their eyes and at the command of the coach, opening his eyes to make rope rectangle. Then the rope lay on the floor and open my eyes. Later in the same spirit, the participants try to make the rope triangle.
singin ' in the rain
Fun game for stress relief, icebreaker. Words learning easily, because of their frequent repetition. Lead sings verse of the song and makes certain movements. The participants repeat after him. With each repetition of the verse adds a new line and a new action.
