I Invite you to explore your inner King. Exercise deep and powerful. Will help to clarify the situation, if going on in my life is not what you would like.

There are many classification systems archetypes and sub-personalities that include the figure of the King. In this work I propose to consider the figure of the King as the structure of the psyche, which includes both individual and transpersonal layers of the psyche, and is responsible for certain tasks in life:

  • Feeling of the right to life.
  • dignity.
  • Respect for self and others.
  • Care about yourself and your life. As a consequence, the ability to care about other people.
  • Bringing structure and order.
  • set the motion vector.
  • the Definition of their values, principles, and rules of life.
  • Control of life.
  • Organization of fertility and abundance in life.
  • the Settlement of interference of other internal mental structures.
  • Recovery from spiritual principle.

There are also other entities responsible for other tasks about them in future articles.

so, the exercise.

Materials: sheets of paper and a pen to record - sure, the sheets of paper and colored pencils/paint for drawing are desirable.

Time: 40 minutes.

Part 1.

Prepare yourself time and space where you won't be distracted and where you will be comfortable. Tune in to yourself. Feel your body, hear your breath. Cover your eyes for a few minutes and imagine your inner King.

If you have the opportunity - draw your inner King. If now the possibility to draw not, then proceed to examine it in the imagination in every detail.

Take a picture in hand, look at different angles, at different distances. Give the name of the pattern. Or, if you drew in the imagination. Further questions refer to both drawing and to the image.

Consider the image of your King.

whether the figure Reflected in whole or only in part (only the head or torso). Clearly drawn face. The look on his face. Clearly traced details: ears, hair, arms, hands, legs, feet, etc. do you have the image texture (color or shading indicated the filling) or only the unfilled outline. Is there color. Whether clothes, shoes, accessories or other items items. The king inscribed in some kind of situation or just "hanging in the air." What is the position. The king is depicted in the process of some activity or it just is. What attracts your attention, anything unusual you noticed.

If you have a desire to change something in the picture/the image, you can do it and give it a new name.

Part 2.

Write down on paper the answers to the questions:

  • the name of the King?
  • How old is he?
  • He is the King of what?
  • How did he become King?
  • if he Feels his right to the throne?
  • Describe his Kingdom. Where it is located. How it forms, what area, what are the boundaries. What it is of flora and fauna. What's the climate. Who its inhabitants. What is the territorial unit, what is the message between them. As the lives of its inhabitants.
  • Where lives the King?
  • who is he? Does he have a family? Who in his entourage? What's his relationship with the immediate environment?
  • What is the King doing? And what would you like to do?
  • As the King belongs to the people?
  • What is the management style of the King? Is there a governance structure?
  • What are the laws he creates?
  • What his course of development of the Kingdom?
  • in the Kingdom with such areas as culture, art, science, military, medicine, agriculture?
  • with the economy of the Kingdom? Due to which it lives?
  • What King is doing to create abundance in the Kingdom?
  • Who are the neighbours of the Kingdom and what the King's relations with its neighbors?
  • What course the King on foreign policy?
  • the health of the King? What he usually mood is?
  • How the King refers to himself?
  • How the King relates to life?
  • what the King wants?
  • What does he want?
  • What is important to him?
  • What he needs right now?

re-Read your notes and ask yourself, how does this compare with your life? As a figure, which you described, affects what and how is happening in your life?

If everything in life is upside down, and described the figure turned out perfect and is not correlated with life, hear within ourselves the answer to the question "what I have just described(a) - is that true?"

Part 3. Transformation.

If you want to change something in recorded history, ask yourself the questions "How can I do that?", "You need the King to do?", "What can the King do to make changes?".

If you want to make changes to drawing, can make it and give it a new name.

the King may be too young or just a child who needs care. The king can be a tyrant. Or a sort of funny playboy. Or passive, handed control to someone else. Or a dashing man who substitutes his life at risk. And so on. The transformation of the King leads to a change in life.

If you are pressing this theme, I invite you to work with the healing of the King in the form of individual therapeutic programmes or online groups.
