Creative adaptation
today came Across a post from @club27819088 (@tvoyai) and remembered the “Atlas of the future of professions” is composed of Moscow school of management SKOLKOVO. I had the unique opportunity to get to know him better in the assessment “Hiropractic and other innovative teaching methods” under the guidance of a thoughtful and educated speaker Andrey Komissarova in 2016.
a Little about the Atlas. This Atlas presents the profession which will appear as the near future in many sectors of the economy from oil industry to the system of General and commercial education. The main thesis I have formulated the following way - “the workplace and skills the person becomes more mobile and more unaccustomed”, for example...
- Information in online access 24/7. Now I'm not tied to the office, and can work online, if only “the connection was interrupted”. Thanks cloud services.
- Industrial 3D printer can print the residential quarter per month. And to replace a team of workers. Enough specialist, who will design the project and robot, which will stack the blocks neatly in a beautiful house.
- Gadgets is now able to collect biometric data of the same person 24/7. My experience with mi band was unforgettable, when I knew how many steps passed, how many calories burned and how long was my dream!
What can I say? Wow! We become faster, more knowledgeable, and accessible. It is certainly not a complete list of upgrades that people have done just yesterday. I'm afraid to start a conversation about “big data” (it's about the amount of information that grows and grows, and grows, and tomorrow, too, to grow). I really have something to tell from this report, but I'll leave this dessert to you. br>
I still want to go back to the beginning and tell you one important thing, which we discussed with Andrew and other teachers then in 2016. We talked about uncertainty and how we should be preparing for it. I notice this uncertainty in many areas:
- child-parent-relationship hajievski. To limit or not? How to establish an adult relationship with a gadget? The child with the gadget? The gadget with the child and parent?
- Professional relationship. What to do when your hard skills robot does? The soft skills are underdeveloped, and the human in the era of “programmed hardware” it is essential and necessary (I'm talking about the ability to listen, to explain, to cooperate, etc.)
- Socio-cultural. The boundaries are erased, the culture is mixed? How to be with your identity? Where is your border?
In the Gestalt approach, there is such a thing as a creative device. It's about how the body adapts to changes, bringing novelty into the mode of action to meet their need. For me, today is about a new way of action, about how to expand its borders and let modern technology. And about where there is close to no overeating. But as you have to build relationships with the modern world? And what new way the actions you make to stay in contact with this era? Ready to explore this topic?
