In building any career, whether you work as an employee or you own a company, to be successful you need to develop in different directions, but there are three conditions that are necessary for a successful career.
1. Enthusiasm
in order to build a successful career that will bring not only financial satisfaction, but also the internal state of balance and joy of life, you must do what makes him enthusiasm and passion. They support us in difficult times, and help to go forward in the chosen direction. They lead to new opportunities and meeting new people, and help us not only achieve a successful career, but also get great satisfaction from the process and path.
2. Consistency and discipline
Daily progress toward goals and continuous development as a person and as a professional. Every day take note of what has been done in both directions. Analyze and draw conclusions. Mistakes are and will be, without them there is no success, but errors need to recognize and learn from them. Even if you think that there is no time to develop, find 10-20 minutes and do something for yourself and your career. Tomorrow it will add you confidence, energy and fill you up with strength for further development.
3. Cooperation with people
Without cooperation from the people I can not imagine a successful career. Talk to successful people, as employees and business owners, and every one will say that alone is very difficult and maybe even impossible. All of us in different moments of life need support, assistance, cooperation. Sometimes a few minutes chatting with the person can replace weeks of independent work or finding solutions for problems.
