so, meet the top three players are:
GESTALT
a term can have several. But most often it is used in conjunction "not closed/incomplete Gestalt" means that the person has some experience of interaction with some object or a person, who for some reason repeatedly comes to mind. Some random image, sound, song, smell, photos often evoke associations with this "figure", pushing for the continuation of the story. br>
for Example, one friend told me: "This Land Rover Discovery for me was an unfinished Gestalt: I bought it and drove it around a couple of weeks, and then sold, and even more – now I go twice as happy!" br>
NEUROSIS
the term in psychiatry is the collective name for a group of REVERSIBLE disorders of the nervous system. It can be used when talking about syndromes motor and sensory disorders, sleep disorders, hypochondria, various phobias, depressive and anxiety disorders that appear in response to certain life circumstances, etc.
the Main thing to distinguish it from PSYCHOSIS – a serious violation of mental activity, which in different cases can be expressed in a significant change in behavior, severe depression, accompanied by delusions and hallucinations. br>
INSIGHT
This term means "a sudden realization", "enlightenment". Used when a person suddenly new way of discovering his situation, begins to see the causes of a problem or symptom. br>
an Example from my practice: the client suddenly realized that the irritation because of the awkward phone calls occurs her because of unconscious fear of missing the call. This fear she had learned in childhood, when she was severely scolded the parents, if she immediately answered the call. br>
And what the terms are incorrectly used in your environment? Maybe there are words not entirely clear to you? Write in the comments and I will transcribe them in the next releases!
