"Cell respiration" - a very interesting bodily practice. The effects I have observed in yourself from this practice:

a Cell is the basic unit of the body. The ability of cells to reproduce, to metabolize and react to the environment are the basis for human life: creation, processing and responding to change.
Cells have common properties but vary according to functions in the body. Each cell consists mostly of water, the basic substance of the body. The water contained in the cytoplasm of cells, which is responsible for metabolism, i.e. the utilization of food and breathing. The cell membrane separates the cytoplasm from the surrounding external environment and creates a semipermeable boundary that regulates the exchange of nutrients and wastes, and responds to stimuli. The nucleus controls cell activity. Forty-six chromosomes in each human cell contain the genetic code for an individual organism and specific functioning of each cell. A collection of similar cells with similar structure and function is called tissue. Group of coordinated tissues form structures (organs) that make up the system of the body. For example, bone cells form bone tissue that generates bone, and those, in turn, make up the skeletal system.

Skin is the outer shell of the body is very sensitive boundary between our body and our environment. From 60% to 70% of body weight is water, and the skin literally keeps us from drying out. As the diaphragm descends, the lungs are expanded by air taken in during inhalation. When the diaphragm rises, your lungs are compressed to displace carbon dioxide in a process called exhalation. Oxygen is absorbed through the capillaries in the lungs and enters the blood that is being pumped by the heart and flowing throughout the body. Arteries carry oxygen blood from the heart to the periphery. Each cell involved in the absorption of oxygen and removal of waste in connection with the process called cellular respiration. Blood, devoid of oxygen, returns through the veins to the heart. Through this process, each cell is associated with the external environment and "breathes". Tension in any part of the body restricts cellular activity vital to healthy tissue. Thanks to the body work (bodywork), we use the sensitivity of cell membranes and of the skin to heat, vibration and touch to bring awareness and affect change.

Imagine yourself as one cell. Feel the border of the outer membrane. Remember yourself as containing, as a whole, all the body parts connected into a whole. Allow me to share with the world. Note that flows that flows out.

"Cell respiration" 20 minutes
Lying on back, hands on my ribs, eyes closed. To observe your breath. Feel how the air enters through your nose and mouth passing through the trachea (in the neck) and filling your lungs inside your ribs. Feel like all my ribs move when you breathe. "Breathing spot" in 5 minutes
Lying on back, roll over on my side, bend your arms and legs near the body and continue to roll over to "deep wrinkles": the arms and legs close to body, forehead on the floor, curved spine.
Place your hands on your lower back, just above the pelvis. Feel the movement of the skin and muscles when your breath enters the lungs and is released.
