I Have to ask – what techniques do you use in your psychological work?
of Course – your favorite! My favorite technique is to work with images, what drawn me from the Arsenal symboldrama, the art of yoga and art therapy. With symboldrama just began my fascination with this area while training on the psychological faculty. In symboldrama everything is transparent, clear and deep, this direction is well developed by German psychotherapist Hanscarl Liner
In art therapy and art-yoga a little more experimentation, however, the process of psychological support to its certain logic, without this in any way. You should know where to go and why are you doing this?
Well established method of dealing with internal conflicts through images and sensations of the body. Looks like the method so you are invited to experience the problem in the body. Then deepen this image in different modalities – audio, tactile, visual. Then I ask the client to put the image out in order to distance themselves from the problem. And then I help the client to work with the image depending on the situation – usually the work is carried out to complete and rethinking past events and get rid of introjective, that is imposed on units.
Working with images is very eco-friendly method. The client is very relaxed, but conscious state. You can use it as full-time and communicating via Skype or phone. This method allows you to quickly reach the heart of the problem, then it is likely the solution for a small number of sessions – 2-3. When you work with the traumatic situation, repeated many times, it is not necessary to pereprodavat them all. You can live one, and the attitude will change to the entire layer of traumatic experience.
this method has only one "but". We sometimes get clients who do not feel and do not see any images. Then you have to attempt to enter the reason for the blocking of the senses. And this is a separate challenge! However, in full-time work, you can go to work with these materials – paints, paper, etc. It helps to get the feelings.
So allow yourself to feel and to be alive! Because only when you have contact with the body, with your feelings – you are more full of life, dialogue with the world is deeper. And of course, remember about the quality of those feelings that you fill yourself - they will mostly pleasant and blissful.
