As I have already written about freedom and its correlation with different aspects of our lives... it seems to Me that the topic has almost exhausted itself, but today our conversation is not the last – that's for sure.
Today we will talk about freedom and how this condition gets in the team.
it so Happens that people are struggling to get along in a team, another, a third, and not quite understand why, because they want to be part of a team, part of the team... However, I do not understand that this is not an easy job to be part of the team...

Everyone whether enough nutrient resources? A place? And if some wanted a little more space, light, nutrition? And if you suddenly decided to move to the next stump? Happens?... Not a fact. Because it is against the laws of the collective. Just kidding, of course, the mushrooms just grow in the forest. However, a person always has a choice.
now back to the problem with which we started. As if somehow to be part of the team not doing so well, but really want to?
I think first and foremost it makes sense to think about the following things, first, about how the desire to take to itself (resources, relationships, projects, etc.) fits in the rules of the team. Second, and this is also important, probably more important one is: what is your function and importance to the team. Third – how are you this team approach (maybe you are Armillaria, and Lactarius). And fourth, as the probability of expression correlates with the rules of the team.
In every group of people called the collective, the relation of these parameters will be different, but there is a lot in common:
- in any team there is a common idea, goal, activity, which, in fact, met;
- each have their own prescribed and unwritten role;
- making the decision, each member of the team thinks not only about themselves but also about the as its action will affect the others, and his ability in this team to continue to be.
In General, freedom a little bit... and you can, of course, give up the opportunity to be part of the team in favor of a state of freedom, which determines how many we want so much to take in which direction will move. However, the team is the fact that mankind has invented to facilitate heavy work, such with which one cannot cope.
Therefore, I propose to decide what elements of life you team really need, and why. And for some it may not be necessary. You may find that someone in the team tries to replace family, friends...relationships. But it's not the same thing...trying to build a relationship (friendship, love, etc.) often ends in drama.
