In this article I will describe the practice of autogenic training and, as well, I will try to explain them the principles so You can invent the most efficient ones "bundles" of training the mind and body.

About 10 years ago I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown – did not and could not literally everything, so I did not take. Reasons will leave out of this article.

From that moment began a fascination with psychology as the discipline that "pull" me not that hopeless, but absolutely no depths.

I was lucky – the first semester was devoted to "psycho-physical recovery", my practice began with classical motivational Schultz.
