the Name is something that accompanies man throughout his life. The name given to a person at birth and goes with him through life. With HIM man is in this world, experiencing the various events with HIM and leaves this world. Each name contains a sacred meaning, a code filled with a certain energy, which is critical to the impact of human destiny, the passage of the life, formation and development of certain personal qualities and so on.
With this exercise I have read and tested personally by taking part in the training of a psychologist Annette Orlova. But, in their practice used when working with clients who have problems with self-esteem, age, existential crises, seeking their purpose in life, a lack of resources.
For this technique you need:
Sheet size paper, A-3,A-4;
Colored pencils, crayons - 3 pieces, assorted colors
the first step is to tune into the inner workings and step by step ask yourself questions (when working with a client, the questions touched a psychologist).
What kind of relationship I have with my name?
What are the internal quality reflects my name?
How it decorates my life?
what's my name connected with the history?
How can I decorate my name?
the answers after each question is allocated about 20 to 30 seconds.
Next, armed with colored pencil or chalk, draw the first letter of the name, using 2-3 colors. And here's the important point, the person can write their name in different interpretations, as he likes. For example: Ekaterina - Katya, Katya, Katrin, Katechka, Kati, etc.
LETTER SIZE, PARTS of the IMAGE SHOULD BE SUCH HOW the PERSON WANTS to BRING INTO the WORLD!!!
After this phase, you should answer the following questions:
As this NAME lives in me?
What is I in that name?
After the answers to finish the following letters of the name and hang it on the wall of the room in which a man often is, at a distance of eye level. If the exercise is conducted in the psychologist's office, the picture is posted there. Try looking at the picture with the image name, to listen to internal sensations, thoughts, emotions, bodily reactions. If you have any desire to carry out the correction pattern, change the colors, size of letters, to finish or something to eliminate, to carry out this work as much as is necessary. The picture again is on the wall.
Then compose an essay of 1.5-2 pages on the topic: "What I am"? Be sure to include in the story life's obstacles, obstacles that people have overcome. And the more the better!
