Happiness is the state which all men crave, or at least almost all, because usually not all people recognize and accept their desires, and there are those who quite possibly doesn't want to be happy (but I don't believe them) anyway this query is one of the most popular. How many instructions if you want you can discover the wonder “how to become a happy person”.
What is happiness? How would you know? Some believe that this state of lightness and freedom, someone presents it as a sense of joy, and someone even associates it with material goods. But how to know? I think first of all happiness is good to recognize those people who have known grief. Because how do you know that happy without knowing sadness? Perhaps easy to feel a sense of happiness in the presence of contrasting sensations.
usually when life is smooth and never happened sorrows, few people can accurately track their condition and often do not consider themselves happy, and people who have experienced the sad moments tend to are able to find happiness in mere trifles.
This does not mean that for happiness you need to worry about anything bad ever, they're just people in whose life there were no sharp contrasts in perceptions should just try to stop to wait until the state of happiness or what, but look for it in yourself to be in the present moment, to realize that without contrast, this condition is just a little harder to track.
Surprisingly, many people are waiting for happiness, waiting for that this condition will overtake them, but only in this case it's a waste of time, because, as we know, all we have is here and now. the
Happiness is inside, it does not occur when the car/travel/wedding/a house, all this endless stream of goals, which may please, but not to make people happy.
a Happy person is happy in the present moment, it is easy and quietly, he expects nothing, he is enjoying every moment he is happy each day, he realizes that life is beautiful and this is the main reason for happiness and for such reasons he sees constantly and in everything.
