This is a question, perhaps, can be attributed not only to psychology but also to philosophy and even politics.

Now he had many contradictions and non-adaptive qualities.
Many countries in the modern world do not consist of one nation but from many different, and therefore, to create a strong and cohesive state policies of equality, in the modern world it resulted in the notion of tolerance and political correctness.
And this wave of political correctness differences of people from each other in any of the qualities associated with their genotypes, are not politically correct, which greatly hinders the establishment of objective scientific picture. But, alas, it has always been, and our time, this is no exception - the policy affects the standpoints of many scientific theories and discoveries. This is especially evident in such academic disciplines as history and psychology.
We are not rational, as it was believed until recently (and this, incidentally, is also one of the latest discoveries in psychology, which many would not want to take, as once did not want to recognize the insights of Darwin on the evolution).
We are different, and to create a truly equal rights for all people, it must be taken into consideration - that is, to consider, to know and to understand the mechanisms of personality development.
So after all- what greater influence on the human psyche:
his genes or society in which it develops?

Breeders of dogs and horses know that in order to grow the instance with the necessary, necessary qualities - the right genes and proper care. Some genes or only care enough. And not just enough, but you also need to know how genes how to take care of.

Now fashionable, especially in the former Soviet Union, various trainings and seminars on "how to become rich" or "how to be successful." This is when a person who is not familiar not only with their biological parents, but also with the culture of their nationality, suddenly begins to reproduce the behavior characteristic of his native culture.
That's where it is in this case clear up the ideas of racism and chauvinism. And just in case, to avoid this, it is better to try not to notice and not be considered scientific, it, in my opinion, and has happened in the last fifty years in psychology.
it is Possible and right was done, though not given an objective picture of the influence of genes, but was not willing to exploit this theme in favor of the superiority of one nation over another.
But humanity is evolving and perhaps becoming wiser and kinder, animal instincts have less influence on people's attitudes to each other. Have an understanding of these influences and opportunities to manage this.
