Me, very often, as a sexologist, psychotherapist and marriage counselor has to work with sexy female problem.
Psychotherapy there is usually, in some, your format. Good outcome would be achieved if the girl is determined to solve the problem, and go to the end (which, incidentally, is not always the case, because, for example, there are girls who believe that vaginismus gives them some exclusivity, or for some other reason).

just recently I worked with a guy from Moscow, who for several years has been in a relationship with a girl, with a sexy female problem (sex is still not there). Considering that this is his second relationship (first the sex was, but not for long), it can be assumed that the customer experience is small. And for a guy now such relationships are psychological trauma, and for girls.
Now he began to have problems with potency and erections, and there was the syndrome of the troublesome expectation of sexual failures, when the relationship (as outlined the girl herself) are sibling.
