Therefore, as sources of economic development currently gives priority to innovative activities.

In the changed conditions of life, the people who have to perform their duties, to change their attitude towards work in General and its individual components. This attitude is revealed in motivation, in self-assessment of level of job satisfaction and the corresponding behavior of employees.

Central here is the question whether the person is satisfied with their work, from which the satisfaction depends, what her background is inherent in the nature of man and the extent to which it depends on the innovation activities in General. However, researchers rarely turn to personality, prone to this kind of activity, i.e. the identity of the innovator.

That is, the higher the level of job satisfaction, the more will manifest creativity, the tendency to encourage the creativity of others, the more likely managers will be to offer innovative ways to solve problems, set high goals, and to persevere, and to disclose the creative potential of their colleagues that will make a higher overall result. Thus, the conducted research allows to conclude that managers expressed a high level of satisfaction is dominated by the creative potential of the individual and common creativity.

in order to optimize the activities of sales managers, we have developed recommendations which are practically applicable for the development of creative abilities of sales managers for service selection and staff development.

the Practical significance of this study lies in the possibility of using the obtained results in the work of practical psychologists in the sphere of management and organization in personnel selection, placement, training and development of staff, work of HR managers and to responsivity existing knowledge to improve the organization of labor.
