second, it is very important to us search activity. i.e. activity aimed at changing the situation in the absence of a definite forecast of the results of this activity (V. Rotenberg). Every day, we have something solved, we strive, we plan, fantasize - all of this search activity. Dreams, hopes – it is also elements of search activity. When it comes the cessation of mental exhaustion. Sleep this is just compensation for the lack of search activity. Every day we are faced with new challenges, challenges that throughout the day we cannot decide; thus, we remain incomplete Gestalt, they drain the energy and cause fatigue. During sleep, we processed very efficiently, we up fresh and renewed because we are not burdened situation, which we have postponed or failed during the day to solve them effectively. Thus, any dreams, remembered and not remembered, help to recycle those repressed memories, you challenges from the environment, which was during the day. 

the Second option is when sleep remembered, but not specifically versed. 
If you remember the Explorer of dream CFreud, he talked about the sort of work that makes the dream: the Dream turns thoughts into images, we are given the story in the images.  Several figures, events, themes can be combined into one. of these symbols in our unconscious creates a coherent narrative. It's like a parable. Our unconscious tells us a parable. And depending on how we are attentive to it, we either listen to it and remember some moments of the day. Maybe we remember sleep, we had three days ago, and we understand its meaning. Maybe we'll forget sleep, as often happens with the Proverbs, because we are free to perceive the meaning of the parables or not to accept. Thus, we Wake up with some parable that can tell us, to tell what will happen in the next day or month or on a certain event. 

a Third option: sleep not just memorized, but developed. If we continue the analogy with the parable, we can treat her differently. We can memorize in the hope that its meaning will come to us. We can study carefully this parable and understand the meaning that is there, she can talk about several contexts, several meanings (this is a feature of parables). After sleep, we can understand what meaning, what message we wanted to convey our subconscious. A message about us, about the reality around us or those elections which we should do. Having examined this parable, we can better understand how we navigate in real life. 

So any dreams help us to process repressed mental memories and thus bring the body in a more active state. 
Dreams are unexamined, but memorable just give us a setting that we can remember throughout the day. 
Elaborate dreams give us a deep message that is important to us. 
How to work with dreams? There are an infinite number of methods of working with dreams. At the workshop, we will learn and apply the most important methods.
