Тревожность

the

That says that a person has problems with anxiety?

- Emotional human response to the events that he had not noticed before, become stronger.

- He starts to avoid situations in which previously felt fine.

Is it a way of life, sleep, appetite, fatigue.

- He begins to see only the negative outcome of planned actions.

- there is irritability, tearfulness, resentment.

- there are panic attacks and symptoms of anxiety, i.e. negative emotional reactions (fear, anxiety, anger, irritation, resentment, guilt) provoke the release of adrenaline, which raises your heart rate and you feel: chills, tingling, weakness in legs, dizziness, burning sensation in the chest, tension in the hands, feet, lump in throat, dry mouth, ringing in the ears, derealization, depersonalization, etc..

Anxiety – this is an emotional issue. It is a consequence of the large number of events that the person perceives as dangerous, negative.

the Method of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy allows you to work with these events, reducing their number, change of perception to them.

this Happens in two stages:

1.Define the events that shape fear, and high anxiety.

2. Change of perception to those events that leads to changes in negative emotional reactions to neutral and natural, due to this reduced emotionality, anxiety.

Changing the behavior, the person next time perceives it in another way, less emotional.
he formed skills, abilities (thanks to the actions brought to automatism, due to the large number of repetitions), to change their perception of events, as it was his specificity and leads to increased anxiety.

Regardless of how many years a person has a problem, he may at any time do change their perception and to reduce their anxiety.

next post – about changing the perception of…
How do you do it?
