So let's talk - what kind of conflicts are they?

3. If You Got Time.

4. Must - Have.

5. Need - Can.

6. Can - Can.
Conflict of inadequate self-identity, in which the expectations of the individual are contrary to realistic assessment of their capabilities. For example, a Manager with modest organizational skills wants to take the place of the head of the company. But skill, knowledge is not enough to achieve this goal.
