1) FRUSTRATION
It is the human condition, when between him and what he wants, there is an obstacle. This is the painful experience of failing to achieve the purpose, accompanied by such emotions as sadness, anger, anxiety and other Obstacles can be physical (distance), biological (disease), psychological (phobias) or socio-cultural.
the Concept of "frustration tolerance" defines the ability of a person to act adaptively in the state of frustration, without succumbing to emotions. That is, those who do not lose self-control, frustration tolerance is high.
2) MAY I (TION MA)
the Term that almost all people use incorrectly. Sometimes even psychiatrists! This is due to the fact that earlier it was used almost instead of the word "nonsense", with the accent on the first syllable: MA TION (of persecution, of grandeur, of love charm). Now, do not say the term has a different meaning.
It can be used only with the accent on the second syllable. This is one of the syndromes of manic-depressive psychosis – a mental disorder that is also now obsolete (instead, he uses the term bipolar affective disorder). I MANI is a condition characterized by painful elevated mood, motor excitation, and acceleration of speech.
3) HYSTERICAL
it is Difficult to find a more commonly used pseudo-psychological curse, "lessee" hearing partners in any relationship. Not necessarily it is used in relation to women. Meanwhile, such term does not exist!
But "hysterical personality disorder" in the international classification of diseases 10 revision really is. Briefly, this term means a mental disorder characterised by exaggerated expression of emotions, infantile indulgence, a penchant for theatrics.
But do not confuse personality disorder with traits of people who have features dramatic. Stand out even the so-called "accentuation of character", when certain features are expressed much higher, but to decompensation of the individual results.
