This story happened on one of the training courses – on a demonstration of theta session with fear. After the sentence: “Who wants to work on your own?” – immediately volunteered. He said that he had it for a long time to do since childhood deep inside a fear of mice!
– I understand that they are small and harmless, but sounds similar to a squeak or even the thought of them terrify me! I am very afraid of mice, rats…
From the last spoken words, the man literally winced and started to shake. He already refuses the session – very scary! This is reflected in all the quaking body and a distorted face.nbsp;

And suddenly a nightmare literally and figuratively. This man run over mice, a lot of them, all of them more and more. It's so small, and they are large. Everything grows in size: and fear, and mice become rats. And it's scary. The child closes the blanket. It's awful. It's disgusting. It's scary. This is-death! Squeal, squeak, scream! Uses father and, of course, begins to disperse them, to catch the hands of these mice, choke them, but he is not doing – a lot of them! The child continues screaming. At some point connects the grandmother. And together, they were still able to cope – to get rid of all the mice, but still could not calm the hysterical child.
This fear is in the body still. In the minds of the left: “I was like a little man, and his father such a great man and he failed, failed to protect me”. And resentment against his father were, too – it hurt the child's father, which could not then be handled by one and save him from the terror of rats, which in the mind of the child was almost attacked him. She then arose and throughout life deeply embedded in it. This fear and this resentment was strengthened at an unconscious level and there are some with more, with less. Soul, body, the human heart – all of this remember! And, at any time, by clicking, can be actualized from any sound, noise or thoughts.
and now the disproportionate pain of a man revived to such an extent that all members of the group, someone earlier, someone later, left the room, unable to remain until the end of the session because of the heavy energy took all the space. The fact remains – it was a very powerful, energetic horror, the strongest fear that drove all those present.
With the help of a specialist, the client was able to return to a calm state and to understand why he was given what he'd learned. The man was able for the first time in many years without a shudder to talk about these small animals. Thanks to theta work has been completed, releasing the children's feelings of fear of death and resentment of his father, which were in the bundle. And maybe more time is needed for awareness and understanding of lessons learned, because this fear went hand in hand with a man more than 50 years!
