Teenagers-volunteers are specially trained, not only having knowledge on the issue, but also the skills of individual and group work, have a great potential for the implementation of preventive work among the youth.

Volunteering – volunteering that is based on the ideas of selfless service to humane ideals of humanity and without purposes of profit, remuneration or career advancement, obtaining a comprehensive personal and social needs by assisting other people.

Voluntary work is widely spread around the world. Volunteers volunteers from different countries United by a common goal to selflessly help others.
the Basic principles of communication on equal terms:

Some topics are inappropriate to discuss in the group. In this case, the participants need to know where, when and with whom they can continue the conversation on their topic of interest.
· Honesty – each participant in the group work has the right to remain silent or to talk about their feelings and experiences. If the host does not know the answer, it can be deferred until the next meeting to look for him together with team members, direct for advice to professionals, offer available information sources.
