    • You have long and successfully develop its project and reached the ceiling. The business brings good income, all adjusted, and the satisfaction was gone. The meaning is lost. It is important  to understand and feel what is involved in the crisis. Maybe you just can't see where to expand, where are the new opportunities. And you get bored. Maybe you felt for yourself the Navoi exciting activity and want to go into it. Then remains to decide what to do with an existing business. Depending on the specific situation, you will find the right solution. It is important not to lie to myself and not to dwell on the duties and responsibilities.

You're already not going to work, and drag myself and forced to do things, having collected will in a fist. Natural life energy is not supplied. But you continue to persist. In this phase, the person often begins to fuss, taking impulsive decisions, rushing. Than exacerbating your condition.
    4. Alone. All of the supporters stepped aside. The family you have not waiting for the Friends you lost. Around some competitors. Of emotions, doubts, frustrations, sense of injustice, the claims of self and others, sadness. Increase physical symptoms:

    - fatigue, you constantly feel fatigued, sleep poorly, get up in the morning broken

    - nausea, dizziness, headaches

  • PREVENTION of BURNOUT:

    1. Do things you love. It is important that the process used to bring you satisfaction and better pleasure. Then you won't worry much about time or profit. Awake it is easier to make informed decisions.
    2. Remember that routine is present in any case, if you start to do it professionally, i.e. start to produce or offer for money. This is normal. If possible, delegate the organization and what is not soul. If this is not possible, then think about this calmly as an integral part of the process.

    6. Rejoice. In humans, 5 channels of communication with the world: sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste. Find a way to stimulate all these channels and not only in the profession. It does not need a lot of time and money. You need the desire.
    7. Create such conditions that people want to work with you. Not all want only money. People really need to feel recognition and appreciation, respect. Educate associates. However, it is easier to move forward, to generate ideas.

    I have experienced the effects of burnout and realized that no goal and no activity will not replace life. To restore health is extremely difficult, expensive and painful. I rebuilt his life and balanced it. It's my choice. And your choice is yours.
